How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery within Europe takes 3–7 business days. International shipping may take longer depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship across the EU.

Shipping is free in Portugal and costs €5.90 for other EU countries.

Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not covered by Mireye.

What happens if my order goes through customs?

If your order is selected for customs inspection, delivery may be delayed while local authorities complete their checks.

Any import duties, taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient. For the most accurate information regarding possible charges, please contact your local customs office.

Please note that Mireye cannot influence or speed up the clearance process, as it is managed entirely by the destination country.

Products and Care

Do the lenses have UV protection?

Yes. All Mireye sunglasses are fitted exclusively with certified ZEISS lenses, offering full UV protection and optical precision.

What comes with my order?

Every pair includes a protective case a microfiber cleaning cloth aswell as a Mireye exclusive Tote Bag.

How should I clean and take care of them?

Use the included cloth to gently clean your lenses. Avoid paper towels or rough fabrics. For best care, always store your sunglasses in their case when not in use.

Do all models include lenses?

No. Models labeled as Frames are sold without lenses. These are designed for customers who wish to add their own prescription or custom lenses.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your sunglasses or frames, you can request a return or exchange.

How long do I have to return them?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method if everything is in order. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
