That’s why we keep our return and exchange policy simple and transparent, so you always feel confident shopping with us.

You may request an exchange or return if:

  • You are within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The product and its packaging are in the same condition as delivered, unused and undamaged.
  • You can provide proof of purchase.
  • The product arrived damaged and you report it within 48 hours, with photo evidence.

To start the process:

  • Contact us through our Contact Form or any official channel, including your order number and details of the request.
  • Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide instructions on how to return the item.
  • Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue your refund or prepare your exchange.

Please note:

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
  • Return shipping costs may apply and will be deducted from the refund, unless the item is faulty.
  • Frames with custom-made lenses (such as prescription or blue-light lenses) cannot be refunded, as they are made specifically for you.
